Our terms and conditions apply to all sales of products (stones, opals, gems) available on our website https://opalesandgems.com.
By validating its order, the buyer fully and unconditionally accepts all these conditions.

Products
We offer only natural stones, rigorously selected. For each product, we provide a precise description including photos, carat weights, and grams, in order to provide clear and reliable information.Even if the photos are provided for information purposes, they represent the reality of each stone.
Finally, each item is sold individually or in batch, unless otherwise stated.
Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) all taxes included (VAT not applicable – Article 293b of the CGI).
Depending on the delivery address, additional shipping costs may apply. These fees vary according to the mode of shipment chosen.
Orders
The customer selects the products on the site. Then a payment is required to confirm the order. When payment is confirmed, a confirmation is sent by email. In case of prior dispute or unavailability of the product, the reserve seller has the right to cancel the order.
Payment
Payments are 100% secure via PayPal.
The site does not record any bank data.
In addition, the customer can pay by credit card via the PayPal interface, without an account obligation.
Delivery
Orders are usually made within 2 to 5 working days of receipt of payment.
Delivery is provided by La Poste or carrier, with or without follow-up depending on the customer's choice.
However, the seller cannot be liable for delay or loss attributable to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise its right of withdrawal, without having to justify itself.
Return costs remain at the customer's expense.
The refund is made after receipt of the product, provided that it is in perfect condition and not used.
⚠️ Attention:Customised or certified stones on request are neither taken over nor exchanged nor refunded.
Guarantee
All stones sold on the site are 100% natural and not synthetic.
Upon request, a certificate of authenticity may be provided (paying document).
In the event of a manifest defect at reception, the customer must contact the seller within 7 days of delivery in order to find a suitable solution.
Liability
The seller will not be liable for improper use of the product or improper handling after receipt. Furthermore, the delay, loss or damage caused by the carrier is not its responsibility.
Personal data
The data collected is used exlusively to manage orders, payments, and customer relationship. This information remains strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties without your consent. See the privacy page for more information.
Applicable law
These General Sales Conditions (GTC) are governed by French law. In the event of disputes, a weak solution is always preferred.
If no agreement is reached, only the competent French courts can be seized.
