At OpalesandGems, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please include the purchase receipt for prompt processing.
Items on sale or personalized are not eligible for a return. Make sure to check the status of your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of a problem.
